1. What health4.ai is

health4.ai is a free iOS app that transfers Apple HealthKit data to a Postgres database you configure and control, then exposes it to AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Ollama, and others) via MCP. health4.ai does not store or access your health data.

health4.ai is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Do not use it to make medical decisions.

2. Acceptable use

• You may not use health4.ai for illegal purposes, to circumvent Apple's HealthKit terms, or to process health data belonging to others without their explicit consent.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

3. Your data

You own your health data. health4.ai acts as a conduit — your HealthKit data flows directly from your device to the Postgres database you configure. We do not store, retain, or have access to your health data at any point. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

4. HIPAA

health4.ai is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements unless separately negotiated in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, health4.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on health data it surfaces.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
