1. What health4.ai is

health4.ai is a free iOS app that syncs Apple HealthKit data to a private cloud database and exposes it to AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others) via MCP.

health4.ai is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Do not use it to make medical decisions.

2. Acceptable use

• You may not use health4.ai for illegal purposes, to circumvent Apple's HealthKit terms, or to process health data belonging to others without their explicit consent.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

4. Your data

You own your health data. We store it on your behalf to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how it is handled, retained, and deleted.

5. HIPAA

health4.ai is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements unless separately negotiated in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, health4.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on health data it surfaces. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to hosted-tier users by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
